Detectives have charged a 31-year-old man with two counts of rape, attempted rape and intimidating a witness. He is expected to appear before Newry Magistrates Court tomorrow, Friday 2 September. As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service. ENDS
