Sinn Féin MLA Liz Kimmins has welcomed a £2.1 million investment in two 5,000 sq ft units at Carnbane Industrial Estate in Newry being made by Techemet.
The Newry and Armagh MLA said:
“The £2.1 million investment will help create employment and prosperity in the town.
“ It is important that we attract jobs to Newry to enable our local economy to flourish.
“Attracting investment and creating jobs is key to our recovery from the pandemic and to rebuild our local economy.”
