Detectives investigating the murder of Mark Lovell in Ardcarn Park, Newry on the evening of Thursday, 1st December have arrested a 28-year-old man today.
The man was arrested in the Newry area on suspicion of murder and is currently in custody in Musgrave Serious Crime Suite.
