A 29-year-old man arrested on Friday, 28th October on suspicion of aggravated burglary has been charged with a number of offences including aggravated burglary, criminal damage and resisting police.
He was expected to appear before Newry Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 29th October.
As is usual procedure the charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
