Come to the ELK Launch Night

Elk Events presents ‘The Elk Launch Night’, live at The Skylite Room – No 7 Duke Street, Warrenpoint on the 11th of November 2021. 
The launch will be headlined by The Professionals, String Ninjas, David Browne-Murray and Yellow Sky. 

Elk Creative Media was founded in May of this year and we are on our way to becoming the premier creative and cultural hub for Warrenpoint.
We’re inviting the community to come down to enjoy a night of great music and entertainment. It’s also a chance to meet the team and find out about what we do, our future plans and how you can get involved with Elk! 

About Elk 

Elk Creative Media is a multi-platform production creative hub based in Warrenpoint, Co Down, set up in May of this year. Our company ethos is Creativity – Culture – Community. What sets us apart from other startups is not just our eye for making original content and hosting events but also our passion for working with the community! We provide creative solutions not only for commercial interests but also community ventures and activities. 

Elk Creative Media is a hub for everyone, by everyone. Through our Academy programme we endeavour to work alongside community and education groups to give young people a chance to be inspired by and involved in the creative sphere. We’ve collaborated with the Education Authority of Northern Ireland, the Newry, Mourne and Down Area Youth Service and a project with the Magnet Young Adult Centre is in the pipeline. The Academy will give budding musicians, filmmakers and producers a place to shine and develop their talents as well as an educational pathway to the arts. 

Elk also has a 24 hour streaming radio station, “Elk Digital”, broadcasting live from our dedicated podcast studio in Warrenpoint, giving our community a voice and a platform to share their creativity, passion and vision. We currently have ten regular podcasters/presenters from the local area and beyond hosting programmes on a wide variety of topics and music genres. Elk are also about to launch a World Music radio programme showcasing artists from all countries and cultures.
