Gardaí Arrest Man in Relation to Disappearance of Giedre Raguckaite

Gardaí in Dundalk investigating the disappearance of Giedre Raguckaite in May, 2018 have on Monday 10th January, 2022 arrested a man. 

He was arrested and was detained at a Garda station in the midlands pursuant to a warrant under Section 42, Criminal Justice Act, 2006.

On Monday 10th January 2022, in relation to the disappearance of Giedre Raguckaite in May 2018 the man was released without charge.

A file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
