A police vehicle was rammed in the Crossmaglen area leaving two officers injured.
A spokesperson for the PSNI said:
“Whilst on mobile patrol this morning police signalled for a white VW Golf to stop in the Crossmaglen area. The vehicle failed to do so and was subsequently stung, despite these measures the driver continued to drive in a dangerous manner with no consideration or concern for other potential road users and drove directly at another police vehicle on Lough Ross Road, narrowly avoiding a serious head on collision. The vehicle continued to Concession Road were it rammed a police vehicle, causing substantial damage; before fleeing across the border.”
“This incident has left two officers injured and a police vehicle off the road.
