Police have arrested two men following a report of criminal damage caused to a vehicle in Bessbrook today, Wednesday 31st January.
A report was received at around 11.15am that two males used weapons to smash the windows of a vehicle parked in the Dobsons Way area.
Officers attended the scene.
Two men aged in their 20s were arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and possession of an offensive weapon.
They remain in police custody at this time.
Enquiries are ongoing, and police are appealing to anyone who may have any information which might assist to call 101, and quote reference number 592 of 31/01/24.
