Sinn Féin councillor Mickey Larkin has said that there is absolutely no place in our communities for the foul graffiti that has been daubed on a number of properties across South Armagh.
The Slieve Gullion Councillor said:
“A number of residents have contacted me to raise their concerns about this issue.
“In recent weeks a number of properties have been vandalised, most recently the home of a local pensioner was targeted with this graffiti.
“The homeowners and businesses that have been subjected to this vandalism have been left extremely distressed and I call on those involved in this vile anti-social behaviour to get off the back of our communities and stop at once.
“These incidents have been reported and I encourage anyone with information to bring it forward to the Police.”
