A male in his 50’s was arrested on the 25th July 2022, and was detained at a Garda station in Co. Monaghan pursuant to Section 30 Offences against the State Act, 1939 as amended.
He was released without charge on the afternoon of 26th July, 2022 and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
