Police in Newry have arrested a 47-year-old woman on Thursday, 23rd October.
The woman was arrested on suspicion of misuse of a public electronic network to send a grossly offensive message.
This follows a road traffic collision in the Albert Basin area of the town on Wednesday, 8th October, where sadly a 67-year-old man passed away.
She has since been released on bail pending further police enquiries.
