A final meeting between Support side Trade unions and the Education Authority has taken place on issues of concern for staff on pay protection arrangements post implementation of the pay and grading review.
There will now be FAQs which set out the detail of how these staff can, on a voluntary basis be assimilated on the revised pay spines.
These will be shared with these staff in advance if the implementation dates. These dates gave yet to be finalised with the EA.
