Councillor Declan Murphy has warned householders in the Hillcrest and Millvale area to be alert to suspicious activity after a theft at a home in the area.
The local Councillor said,
“Earlier today (Monday) thieves broke into a home in the Hillcrest Estate area and also stole the homeowners Navy Blue Audi A3 Vehicle.
I would appeal to anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area earlier today, to report it to the police immediately”.
The Councillor continued,
“Those who carry out these robberies at people’s homes, care little about the trauma they cause.
I would appeal for everyone to be vigilant and alert to any type of suspicious activity. Report it immediately”.
