Two Stacks Irish Whiskey proudly introduces “Pillars of Creation,” a landmark annual release that redefines the pinnacle of Irish whiskey craftsmanship. This extraordinary blend signifies a historic collaboration, harmonizing the distinctive character of three esteemed single casks from Dingle Distillery, Echlinville Distillery, and Killowen Distillery. Meticulously married in a Cream Sherry Butt, each sip reveals a symphony of flavors, a tribute to the artistry and dedication of Ireland’s oldest independent distilleries.

A New Era in Irish Whiskey History focusing on the art of the blend: Penned by a new generation of Irish distillers and crafted by two of Ireland’s oldest independent distilleries – Echlinville Distillery and Dingle Distillery – alongside one of its smallest and most authentic, Killowen Distillery.

Unprecedented Selection: Each single cask was purposefully chosen in 2021 flavor from a rare variety of Casks from each of the Indie distilleries, creating a whiskey unparalleled in its complexity and depth of flavour.

Distinct Single Casks: Featuring Killowen Cask #004 (Filled 2019, refill quarter cask ExBourbon), Echlinville Cask #450 (Filled 2016, First fill Ex-Bourbon), and Dingle Cask 261 (First Fill Ex-Bourbon), married over a 2 and a half year period in a Cream Sherry Butt from the ExJerez region.
