Earlier this week Officers from Slieve Gullion North Neighbourhood Policing Team came across the vehicle travelling in the Crossmaglen Area.
PSNI Newry, Mourne and Down said from their social media:
“We’ve seen a few less than roadworthy tyres, but no tyre is a first…
A preliminary breath test was conducted at the roadside with the driver, who provided a reading of over twice the legal limit.”
“The driver was arrested for multiple offences and the vehicle was seized. They will now face their day in court.
