IPSC Newry Host Public BDS Meeting

IPSC Newry will host a public meeting with a workshop encouraging locals to participate in the global Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement against Israel. It will take place in Ballybot House, at 7pm on Tuesday 9th of April.

Information will be provided on local targets for boycott actions, along with some stickers. Ideally groups for carrying out actions will be formed also. Martin Rafferty from BDS Belfast will be speaking and giving advice.

Marc Mac Seáin speaking for IPSC Newry has this to say:
“As the Zionist genocidal campaign is now 6 months in, with famine underway in Gaza, we think it’s time to up the ante with economic pressure on Israel.

We need to boycott their companies and those linked to them where we can as individuals and demand our governments expel all Zionist diplomats immediately, impose sanctions and stop the shipment of all weapons and bombs to them.

We must do our upmost to dismantle the Zionist settler-colony, end their genocide and system of apartheid.”
