The Death Has Occurred of Peadar Cowan

Cowan, Peader – R.I.P.  Late of 58 Dominic Street, Newry.  23rd February 2024, peacefully at Daisy Hill Hospital.   Beloved husband of the late Kathleen and loving father of Derek, Linda, Colin, Stephen, Kathy and the late Peader.

Peader’s remains will be removed from Mc Gennity’s Funeral Home, Forkhill Road, Newry this evening (Saturday 24th February) at 5.00pm to his son’s residence, (18 Altnaveigh Park, Newry) where he will repose until removal on Monday (26th February).  Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St. Catherine’s church, Dominic Street, Newry.  Times to be confirmed later. 

House private on Monday morning please.

Very deeply regretted by his loving sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother Michael, sister Bridget, sons-in-law Gerard and Mel, daughters-in-law Glena and Diane, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and the extended family circle.
