Two Men Charged With Criminal Damage at Dobson’s Way

Police have charged two men following a report of criminal damage to a vehicle in the Dobsons Way area of Bessbrook on Wednesday, 31st January.

A 26-year-old man has been charged with criminal damage, possession of an offensive weapon, assault on police, disorderly behaviour and resisting police.

Meanwhile, a 27-year-old man has been charged with possessing an offensive weapon.

Both are due before Newry Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 2nd February.

As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
