Staff from Wood Innovations, Warrenpoint have made a generous donation of £200 to AWARE NI as part of their internal team health and wellbeing ‘Time To Talk’ meetings.
AWARE is the depression charity for Northern Ireland and delivers mental health and well-being programmes into communities, schools, colleges, universities and workplaces.
AWARE has also developed a network of 23 support groups across NI including in Altnaveigh House, Newry every Wednesday at 7.30pm. Support groups welcome anyone experiencing Depression and Bipolar disorder as well as carers for people with the illness.
