Man (34) in custody after cannabis factory uncovered in Newtownhamilton

Police have charged a 34-year-old man to appear before Dungannon Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 12 May. 

He is charged with possession of a Class B controlled drug, possession of a Class B controlled drug with intent to supply, and cultivating cannabis.

As is normal procedure, all charges are reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
